Q. Can I use my own dipping foods?
A. Yes, but there are a few foods that are not suitable. We can help you to decide which dippers are suitable
see our list for some ideas.

Q. Do I have to use your Chocolate Fountain Assistant?
A. We always recommend the use of one of our trained Chocolate Fountain Assistant's, but we do not insist upon it.
In our experience, having a Chocolate Fountain Assistant present to assist your guests how to get the most from the
Fountain, has been the favoured option with our customers

Q. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
A. Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT

Q. What are the requirements for the Fountain?
A. The Fountain and Display require a sturdy level table or stand of 4 feet in diameter with an adjacent 240 volt power
socket and must be shielded from any draughts.

Q. Can I have the Fountain outside or in a Marquee?
A. Yes, but the Fountain has to be sheltered from rain as it is powered electrically and exposure to wind or strong
draughts will prevent the Chocolate from flowing normally.

Q. Can the Fountain go on a Boat?
A. Only if you take us with you but it will still require adequate shelter, power and sturdy platform.

Q. How do I book?
A. By phone or e-mail. All we ask if for a 10% deposit to hold your booking

Q. The Chocolate; what do you use?
A. We only use the finest Belgian Chocolate and we only use it once. At the end of your hire period, if you provide us with
a bowl and plates, we will leave any remaining chocolate and dipping foods, with skewers and napkins, for you and your
guests to enjoy long after we have left.

Q. Will I have to pay a delivery charge?
A. There is no delivery charge within 25 mile radius within junction 9 of the M1. If your venue is outside of this radius or
in central London then we will have to add a small surcharge, please call us to discuss.  

Q. How long will it take to set up the Chocolate Fountain?
A. We suggest you allow us 1.5 hours setting up time.

Q. Will my venue need to supply a table and tablecloth?
A. We prefer you to provide a table but the tablecloth we will provide to match your décor. The table needs to be
approx 4ft diameter and sturdy.

Q . Do you have Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene Certification?
A. Yes, we have Full liability Insurance cover and all our staff have been adequately trained and hold the
Food Hygiene Certificate.

Q . Will my venue allow me to have a Chocolate Fountain?
A. We have not been refused entry by any venue yet!!  

Q. How long will the Fountain run?
A. As long as there is Chocolate in the Fountain! We supply enough of the finest Belgian Chocolate to last for the
whole of your event.
